Fiber Network Monitoring

Our fiber network is monitored on a physical level 24 hours a day 7 days a week notifying 3GTI proactively if there are any potential dispersion or fiber cut issues to mitigate downtime and ensure our networks meet the highest industry standards.
The primary objective of fiber monitoring is to facilitate a quick response to identified faults or to stabilize network troubles with variable maintenance routines.

Emergency Restoration

Upon detection that the Network is damaged or not functioning properly, 3GTI immediately investigates the situation and expedites emergency restoration, if necessary. We’ve made specific preparations to ensure the readiness and accessibility of personnel and equipment required for response to emergency conditions.
•  Response in two hours or less to all outages
•  Emergency restoration teams in place and on standby in each market
